We offer items for sale on www.sfstamps.com which may be simultaneously offered on other platforms such as eBay. Limits of technology and / or working hours may occasionally cause items which have already sold or withdrawn from sale to appear available for purchase when they are not. This is a rare occurrence and we make every effort to avoid it and to only offer for sale items which are still available.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – BUY IT NOW SALES

1.  Sales are made in British Pounds (£ Sterling).

2. There is NO auction buyers premium on items sold on this site.

3. There are NO shipping costs charged (unless by arrangement) on items sold on this site.

4. Items are sold on a marginal VAT scheme which explicitly prohibits the separation of VAT even for overseas buyers.

5. The submission of an order is a contract between the purchaser and Sandafayre (Holdings) Ltd.

6. Payment should be made immediately upon notification of success. Late payments may result in additional charges and affect your rights to return items for a refund. Payments by credit card will ensure a speedy despatch. There is no extra charge for paying by credit card.

7. Payments by Paypal will be charged an additional 4%.

8. Sandafayre shall not be liable for omissions or errors made by clients when placing orders.

9. Return of items: Our ‘no quibble’ returns policy allows for an item to be returned for a refund. To qualify the item in question must be despatched back to Sandafayre within 7 days of receipt by the buyer in ‘as sold’ condition and presentation, if shipment cannot be made within this period Sandafayre must be informed via email or telephone and in any event Sandafayre must receive the lot back at their offices within 28 days of the purchase invoice date. Kindly inform us of the reason for returning the item so any errors by us will not be repeated if it is re-offered. The reason for returning will not be used as cause not to issue a refund.

10. Returned items from overseas to qualify for a refund must be returned by airmail or carrier and have “RETURNED GOODS/VALUE £” clearly marked on the outside of the package together with VAT number GB696233212. Also add the Tariff code/HS code for philatelic material which is 97040000. If possible a phone call or email should precede the return.

11. Returned items from EU countries must be sent by airmail or registered mail and have ‘RETURNED GOODS’ clearly marked on the outside of the package together with EORI number GB696233212000. Also add the Tariff code/HS code for philatelic material which is 97040000. Please include a note stating your name, the lot number(s) and the reason for return. If possible a phone call or email should precede the return.

12. Any dispute as to the meaning or operating of these terms and conditions shall be determined conclusively by Sandafayre (Holdings) Ltd., Egerton Court, Haig Road, Parkgate, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 8DX, United Kingdom.
